Privacy Policy

SIGNR operates at signr.live. We provide A&R feedback tools and educational content for EDM producers. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@signr.live.

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address — when you sign up for our newsletter, create an account, or purchase the Playbook.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal data). Vercel Analytics may set a minimal cookie (see Cookie Policy).
• Account data — if you create an account (magic link via Supabase Auth), we store your email and session token. No password is stored.

• To send you the Playbook content you purchased
• To send you the free chapter and welcome email sequence you opted into
• To provide access to gated Playbook content via your account
• To improve our product using anonymised analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

We use the following sub-processors:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing, EU VAT compliance, refunds. Acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment data under their own GDPR compliance.
• ConvertKit — email delivery. Your email is stored on ConvertKit servers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Supabase — authentication and database. Servers in EU region.
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions. EU region where possible.
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly analytics. No personal data collected, no cookies set.

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion — request we delete your account and associated data
• Correction — request we correct inaccurate data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to certain types of processing

To exercise these rights, email hello@signr.live. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your email address for as long as you are subscribed to our mailing list or have an active account. If you delete your account or unsubscribe, your data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by EU tax law (7 years).

We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
