By purchasing or accessing any SIGNR product, you agree to these terms.

The A&R Playbook is sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Your purchase grants you:

• Lifetime access to the Playbook content via signr.live
• Access to all future updates to the Playbook
• The right to download PDF cheat sheets for personal use

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or republish Playbook content
• Use the content for commercial training or group courses without written permission

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Playbook. If you're not satisfied, email hello@signr.live within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, typically within 5–10 business days.

All Playbook content, including text, frameworks, scorecard criteria, and research, is the intellectual property of SIGNR. A&R quotes are reproduced for educational purposes under fair use and are attributed throughout.

The Playbook is educational content based on research and publicly available statements from industry professionals. SIGNR does not guarantee any specific outcome, including demo acceptance, label signings, or career advancement.

SIGNR is not affiliated with any label, A&R, or artist mentioned in the Playbook unless explicitly stated.

SIGNR's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
